INTRODUCING:

SAMUEL SIMOES

Samuel Simoes resides in Grafton West Virginia, in the USA. He is a fairly new painter, but a long time artist who has proven to be quite talented.

Samuel had his artistic origins early in life with charcoal drawings and portrait reproduction. With his mother's tutoring he started oil painting in 2002 starting with plain landscapes and later evolving to portraits. Today he has moved his talent and energy to Seascapes and tallships. Samuel has found the passion for sailships and seascapes while living in the Island of Madeira, now is work is reflecting that passion. Samuel has not yet had his presentation debut and is just starting discovering the new techniques and methods of painting.

Samuel is a gifted photographer and some of his best work is displayed in this website. Photographs are taken either in Black & white or color and if requested sent with a beautiful frame selected by the artist. They are all copyrighted numbered and signed by the artist.
